Build, Lead, and Scale Our New In-House Tech Team

We’re growing fast. After years of outsourcing, we’re now building our own in-house development team to take control of our product, accelerate our buy-&-build strategy, and deliver on an endless roadmap.

If you love leading from the front: part captain, part senior engineer, this might be your next adventure.

What you’ll work on

You’ll lead a small but growing development team and work closely with an experienced Product Owner and report directly to our IT Manager. Your own hands-on work will be mostly back-end, but you’re comfortable moving across the full stack when needed.

Our platform uses a modern composable setup:

  • BigCommerce, Netsuite, Akeneo, Prismic, Channable, Klaviyo

  • Custom integration layer in .NET (C#)

  • React + Redux + Tailwind for the front-end

  • Hosted across Azure and Fly.io

Your role

  • Lead and coach a remote team of developers (starting with two, scaling fast)

  • Take technical ownership of integrations, back-end logic, and platform extensions

  • Support good engineering habits: continuous delivery with strong DORA metrics. We are aiming for multiple releases a week.

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to keep focus on impact and conversion

  • Shape the culture: light process, high teamwork.

Who you are

  • 7+ years in e-commerce engineering

  • Experience with experimentation driven way of working (A/B testing)

  • Strong in .NET C# and comfortable across the full stack

  • Already experienced as a remote Engineering Lead

  • Able to switch between architecting, coding, coaching, and unblocking

  • Familiar with engineering DORA metrics

  • You enjoy building something from the ground up, not just maintaining
